We recently had our entire house repiped by Rod and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rod was outstanding with communication throughout the whole project. He was always responsive, transparent about the work being done, and very considerate of our schedule—he consistently tried to prioritize our convenience whenever possible. The quality of the repiping work was excellent. Rod clearly has very high standards and pays close attention to details. Beyond the domestic hot and cold water repiping, he also helped convert our radiant heating system into a closed system, and his knowledge across all aspects of plumbing was very reassuring. Another thing we really appreciated was how respectful the team was of our home. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving, which made living in the house during the project much easier. Once the entire repipe was completed, they also did a very thorough final cleaning.
